By accessing or using F69Games (the “Site”) you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

F69Games is a community-supported database and directory of adult video games. It helps users discover projects created by independent third-party developers by listing information about them, such as titles, descriptions, tags, screenshots, version history and links to external websites.

• F69Games does not own any of the games listed. All rights belong to their respective authors and rights holders.
• F69Games does not host, upload, store or distribute video games or game files.
• F69Games does not sell games and does not sell access to games.
• F69Games does not modify, repackage or redistribute any game, installer or executable.

The Site contains descriptions and images of games intended for adults. You may use the Site only if you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your place of residence if higher, and only if viewing adult content is legal where you are. You are responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction.

• Guest: browse the public catalog without an account.
• Member: free registration with extra features such as favorites, personal lists and update notifications.
• Supporter: a user who voluntarily supports the maintenance of the Site (for example through Patreon). Supporter contributions fund hosting and development of the platform. They are not a purchase of, or payment for, any game. Supporter benefits are platform features only, such as an ad-free experience, customization and early access to new Site features. Supporter status is managed through Patreon (or a Supporter code); you can cancel at any time on Patreon and perks stay until the end of the period you paid for.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

Listings may include links to websites operated by developers or other third parties. Those websites are not under our control and we are not responsible for their content, availability, security or practices. You visit external links at your own risk and subject to the terms of those websites. Whenever possible, support developers through their official pages.

You agree not to:

• post or link content that infringes the rights of others, or that is illegal;
• post any content involving real minors or non-consensual real people;
• harass other users, spam, or abuse messaging, comments or ratings;
• scrape, overload or attempt to break the security of the Site.

You keep ownership of the comments, ratings and messages you post, and grant us a non-exclusive license to display them on the Site. We may remove user content at our discretion.

We respect the rights of developers. If you are a rights holder and want a listing, image or link removed or corrected, use our Content Removal Request page or follow our DMCA / Copyright Policy (vkingz2204@gmail.com). Requests from developers about their own games are honored without dispute.

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Information on listings may be incomplete or out of date. To the maximum extent permitted by law, F69Games is not liable for any damage arising from your use of the Site or of any external website, including damage caused by files obtained from third parties.
