F69Games is a directory of adult video games. We do not host or distribute games, and all games, names, images and materials belong to their respective owners. If a rights holder believes that content on F69Games infringes their intellectual property, they can request its removal as described below.

Developers who simply want their game's listing removed or corrected do not need a formal notice: use the Content Removal Request page.

Send your notice to vkingz2204@gmail.com with the following information:

• Your name, and the name of the rights holder if you act on their behalf;
• Contact information (email address, and optionally postal address and phone number);
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed;
• The URL(s) on F69Games of the material you want removed;
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent or the law;
• A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on its behalf;
• Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is acceptable).

• We aim to respond within 72 hours.
• When a notice is valid, we remove or disable the listing, images or links identified.
• If the notice is incomplete, we will reply asking for the missing information.
• Users who repeatedly post infringing content will have their accounts terminated.

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to vkingz2204@gmail.com including:

• Your name and contact information;
• Identification of the material removed and where it appeared before removal;
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification;
• Your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court and to accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice;
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We forward valid counter-notices to the original complainant. F69Games may decline to restore any listing at its discretion; requests from a game's own developer always take priority.

Knowingly sending a false notice or counter-notice may make you liable for damages. If you are unsure whether material infringes your rights, consider consulting a lawyer first.
